Back on July 25, 2009 I ordered Steam Buddy online and paid by debit card. about 7 days later I received it but it was no good! Not working! would not get hot to emit steam.  I called them to lodge my complaint and they gave me instructions to send it back of which I promptly did with the promise that it would be replaced. Since July I have not heard from them neither received my replacement.  And when I called back in August 2009 they had changed the phone contact number and gave a bogus number of which today December 3 still can't get a response.  Please send me a contact number if you have one or how I may get a refund back into my debit card account. BE SURE TO TELL THE WORLD STEAM BUDDY IS A FRAUD!
