My wife was approached by a sales rep at a kiosk stand at the Cerritos mall and was sold their "wonderful product" which is a travel steam iron. She bought 3 for $100. When she got home, I tested them and was shocked at how poor they were. They require a mixture of salt and water and they get very hot and need a cooldown before a necessary refill because they are so small. It took one hour to get some wrinkles out of two shirts and still had wrinkles.

When I returned to the stand to return my products, they would not take them back. They pulled out a tiny "All Sales Final" sign from behind a huge mound of products and told me I should have read the sign. The receipt also had in tiny tiny print "No Returns" but I didn't even get my receipt until after I had purchased. I explained that I did not see this as fair and found out quickly that I would never get my money back. You have been warned!!!

Travel Steamer reasonable price

I bought my Steamply at the LA County fair in 2014.  It's still running and I use it about 3 times a month on my dressier outfits that need good pleats and seams. Tonight my daughter called me to see if she could borrow it. We all love it. I decided I should get her one for Christmas so I googled Steamply and found this report.  I'm sorry, but I found it a little funny.  Of course it needs a cool down...it's a steamer and gets hot.  Yes it needs salt to activate it, they tell you that when buy it. I got home the first time and tried it without salt because I forgot and it didn't work.  When I realized I forgot it, I threw a little in and low and behold it steamed forever and it did it's job! Now I only bought mine for $20 so yes the 3 for $100 was a little steep, but apparently that was the going rate at the mall at the fair you hope for good deals. Anyways, my purple steamer runs like a champ and am searching for another one for a Christmas gift. Happy steaming!!!

we are the wholesale company steam and go sorry on aggravaition that happen with our product caused by one of the retail kiosk. because the customer wasnt purchase directly from us he purhased with third-party we cant assure the return policy and if he get new/used/broken item. if customer buy this steamer with us we have full warrany on the steamer and refund policy.

even though he didnt purchase with us he would got warranty on the steamer if he contcted us.

this ripoff is shouldnt be on steam and go comapny  its should be on the kiosk name and location when the item purchased.

the customer complained on refund policy and on hidden all sales final sign and we have nothing with this its not us.

its like someone buy broken iphone from verizon store and have ripoff report on appel its not make any sense and its harms the reputation of the business. we ask to revoke this ripoff.

from thousands of happy customer that love the travel steamer its likely that is a few that the steamer not fit there needs.

there is is a link from the first page on google that shows amazing feedback on the steamer from happy customer.
