I placed 2 orders on 1 day. Oer two weeks later, website indicates "awaiting shipment", and thinking I had messed up the order, I placed one of the orders again. All three orders were paid for.
I cannot get a reply from them by email or phone. Never thought I would be ripped off for over $200.00 by a pen making supplies online store. Avoid Steebar LLC [parent company] and Pen Making Supplies. Bad, bad news.
