Steel Bridge Medical fraudulent charges on my credit card Las Vegas Nevada

I ordered a sample of lipoplex $ 6.95 and then I cancelled in the allowed time and they charged my credit card $99.95 anyway. When I called and asked for a refund they said there was nothing they could do. I have contacted my bank and they are looking into this too because Steel Bridge won't listen to me anymore..
