If you have been ripped off by Steel Bridge Medical or LipoPlex with Hoodia, let me show you the real FRAUD!

When you search for Hoodia and come across their website, after submitting a little bit of teaser information, you are brought to their order site:

https://secure8.syncnet.com/ebs/orders/z/lipoplex60-99/step2.asp?cu={A56EF8B8-DB7F-4BEB-BA18-AA68D5ACDBB4}&cy=3&pr=12&af=134&ad=167&ar=1&rc=323276&fromURL=&dt=

You will notice on this order site, there is no mention of being enrolled in their Premium Customer Program or being billed $99.95 or having to cancel in 14 days. It simply states: "Your Lipoplex with Hoodia 15-day trial is FREE*. Please pay only $6.95 Shipping & Handling"

When you are surprised to get billed for $99.95 and call them to cancel, they tell you that you were responsible to cancel within 14 days and it is stated clearly on the order website. They then direct you to this page:

https://secure8.syncnet.com/ebs/orders/z/lipoplex1/step2.asp?cu={EAB0C0C1-ACA2-4218-9A09-A6E2FF17F7DA}&cy=3&pr=1&af=6&ad=2&ar=1&rc=323283&fromURL=&dt=

This website states: "Your Lipoplex with Hoodia 15-Day Supply is FREE*.Please pay only $6.95 Shipping & Handling

Upon ordering your 15-Day supply of Lipoplex you will be automatically enrolled in our Premium Customer Program. If you have not canceled your membership within 14 days of placing your order, you will automatically be shipped a 60-Day supply of Lipoplex and billed $99.95 ($93.00 + $6.95 Non-Refundable Shipping & Handling) to your card. Every other month on or around the same date we will ship you your 60-Day supply of Lipoplex and charge your account accordingly.

If you decide you do not wish to participate with the Premium Customer Program, simply call us within 14 days of ordering your 15-Day Supply. You may cancel by calling 1-800-597-8533 Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm PST."

Since you don't have a photographic memory of what you saw 14 days earlier, they convince you that it is your fault and you knew that you needed to cancel, when in fact you were not told this on the original order page. Is this FRAUD? Why else would they have two different versions of the same order page?

In my opinion this should not only be enough proof to demand a full refund, but also constitute grounds for a class action lawsuit!
