Stefano A. Rippa RGA ripoff jacket scam San Antonio Texas

I believe me and my friend just got ripped off by Stefano, or Danilo Rippa. We were at a gas station when he approached us in his silver dodge magnum(dent on right side) and asked if we spoke spanish or Italian. He told us he worked for Versace/Armani and came from Naples Italy. He had convincing accent and said he didn't speak good english. He told us he wanted to sell authentic Armani leather jackets so he would not have to pay taxes when traveling back to Italy. He persistently continued to try and sell us several jackets, saying they were worth $1000 dollars each. We told him we didnt have that kind of money and he persistently bargained with us. We told him we didnt have much money and after about 15 minutes of haggling, we ended up buying 2 jackets for $60 a piece. He said he was flying back to Italy the next day, but then asked for directions to Houston. I believe he is taking his scan either to Houston or possibly Austin to continue his scam. He had a fat wad of bills(probably thousands of dollars) If you see this man, do not buy anything from him and call the police IMMEDIATELY. If you have any information please follow up a report yourself, so this scammer can finally be brought to justice.
