Stephs Bags I ordered bags back in December 2010, and have not recieved my entire order as of yet March 17 2011. I have sent several emails but receive no response. I had to go as far as to call local police in g Internet, Kentucky

I made an order with Stephs bags on the 17 th of December 2010. Received a reciept advising order was shipped on 19 December 2010 and would be 3 days delivery.  On December 30 2010 I sent an email asking where my order was, received no response.  On January 5 2011 sent another email with no response.  On January 10 2011 sent another email no response.  On January 12 2011 sent another email no response. 

I called the local police in Winchester, KY and they were able to located Stephs bags and I was contacted by Stephs Bags finally.  Steph advised she would send my order.  I received a partial order, not all of my order on January 19 2011.  I have tried to contact stephs bags ever since to get the remainder of my order and have gotten no response.  On stephs site it advises return email within one hour, I don't receive emails at all from this company.  I ordered over $ 200.00 of product and had to fight all the way in just receiving a partial order.
