I ordered corn hole bags from Steph's Bags on September 26, 2012. My credit card was charged on September 28, 2012.

As of today, October 17, 2012 I have not received my order.  I have email 3 times and received only an automated response as follows:

Thank you for contacting Steph's Bags customer service.  This is an at home business ran by me, Stephanie, a Stay at Home mom please be patient with my response as I might be in the middle of sewing bags, filling bags, shipping bags, cleaning, laundry, picking up kids, helping with homework, etc... :-)

Thank you in advance for your patience and I will return your message as soon as possible!

Thanks and I hope you are having "A hole lot of fun" today!

DO NOT order from this company!!! They have no customer service and don't deliver!!
