On 9/19/11 I placed an order from their website and received shipping confirmation on 9/21/11. The shipping status never moved past the electronic notification stage. I emailed her on 10/3 saying I needed the product by 10/8 and wanted to know the status. I said if they wouldn't be there to cancel the order so I could get them from somewhere else. She told me they would be there on 10/5. Sure enough on 10/5 it was still listed as electronically notified and the product didn't arrive until 10/11. At that point I have since put in three seperate requests to return the product since I purchased it elsewhere. All three requests have been ignored completely. I logged onto BBB.org and ripoffreport.com and have seen this story over and over.
