Stephs Bags Steph's Bags A Blatant Case of Internet Fraud Winchester, Kentucky

On 8 December 2012 I placed an order for cornhole (toss) bags with this company.  Delivery was scheduled for within 24 hours (per her web site).  By Christmas, despite numerous inquiries, no bags were in hand.

On 2 January 2013, I requested some correspondence or she could consider my order cancelled and my credit card company would be notified.  I immediately received an email that my bags had been shipped.  When I requested tracking information ... silence.  And, in fact, there has been no correspondence on Stephanie's part since that time.  (But she managed to charge my credit card ... )

Since my order two months ago, I have found numerous complaints on the web regarding this "business".  In fact, the complaints on one site go back to January of 2009.  The sad thing is, even though authorities in the state of Kentucky have been notified about this fraud, they seem to be uninterested in shutting this site down so that others aren't "scammed".    Perhaps they feel the amount of money involved (at least $35 for each order) is too small for them to bother; however, considering the length of time she has been at this scheme, she's amassed quite a bit of money.

I would imagine that the "endorsements" on her web site were placed there by either her or a close friend (accomplice?) as one very reputable Corn Hole site has had many run-ins with Ms. Stephanie and is trying to get her shut down as well.
