On June 9th, 2004, I placed an internet order from Mark Lindsay's website, for a personally autographed DVD of the 60's Pop Rock Reunion Tour. It is now September 22, 2004 and I have not received it. It was promised months ago. I called my bank for the charge to be removed and they will not do so after 60 days. I have several emails in to Deb Lindsay at Steppin' Out and they have not been read nor returned. There has been no explanation give as to why the delay.
I have since been informed by a very reliable source, that this individual, Deb Lindsay, has moved, and the order placed for the DVD's was never paid for by her nor Mark, so therefore our orders should be canceled and our money returned!
I intend to pursue this to the fullest extent and thank you, rip-off report.com for the chance!
