 I have been a resident at Scotts halfway house for several months only due to its location I ended up here out of desperation n come to realize the power likes to keep it that way as a owner he is very unprofessional let his property rot never repairing them the shower bathrooms have over flowed several times after repeated reports of problem when I asked him for a mop and cleaning supplies to clean the mess he said that it was on me to pay for even though it was his plumber and was never repaired the bathroom door was not able to be shut completely due to damage which was also told was mine to pay n fix the single beds were not properly put together the blankets n linens were never washed which caused a bed bug issue all reported n nothing was done after several months of clean time I would take other clients to meetings never failed a drug test which was only given two or three not that it mattered I assisted house Mang as much as possible Scott treated me with complete n I do mean complete disrespect use profanities like a sailor even though I ask him not to speak to me that way I was asked not to be on property when new client were shown the property so he would lie to them to get them in the door n so they couldn't meet there possible roommates Scott would use my emergcy contacts to call to try n get money from he charges clients late fees even though he knows they get paid by weekly rent is usally due Fri by five Scott begins his harrasment on Thursday with repeated threats of eviction also nothing personal but he picks up on cronick relasper that have been booted recently out of other houses n put them with people who are trying n have time causing problems in entire house scotScott seems to be more interested in his money then clients being clean allowing repeated failed tests from know users as long as they or there family paying he has lie right to my face cares nothing about me or anyone as a person in the end this is a people business n taking advantage of those in need n squeezing every dome from them is no longer tolerable in the end though I been clean nine months now n Scott or his crudy halfway houses I wont allow him to change also all furniture in apts was picked up off the street I was involved in some of that
