Most recently visted this specific establishment. Stereo USA Plus. Address: 420 W. Arrow Hwy. Covina CA 91722. Phone: (626) 339-2044. Spoke with manager. Name unknown. AKA: Middle Eastern male adult. Then his co worker: AKA: Jason. I explained I had previous problems at another establishment. I repeatedly asked does their employee clean the windows prior to putting the tint. Answer was yes. AKA: Middle Eastern adult requested payment before the work was even done. Also to get a receipt.

Normally in most establishments the work is done first then you pay. He repeatedly,encoraged that  employee,cleanes the windows first prior to putting tint . With said, I then paid: The :$220.00 as requested. When disgusting unprofessional tint job was finished, I noticed the tint had smears and air bubbles. I called on: Saturday , October 3, 2015. Spoke with : AKA: Jason. He stated, " You have to under stand the science of tinting". As we customers /consumers are aware this is nothing but lying none sence.

There should be no smears and no air bubbles. The reason for smears and air bubbles is: The technician is incompetant. He is required to work with best efforts. California Labor Code:2924. Under obligations of an at will employee. He is required to work honestly and safely. California Labor Code:6300.  I can honestly say based on the disgusting air bubbles observed: It does appear this appears to be a breach of a verbal promise. California Labor Code:920. Possibly a breach of a implied contract. California Civil Code:3300-3400.

Note: As verbally complaining nicely on : Saturday , October: 3,2015 , to AKA: Jason. Instead of having the technician correct the problem , he insisted for me to wait two days. The excuse for the unjustified air bubbles was drying time. The fact is a incompetant technician. That did not take the prioper: Ordinary and reasionable care needed for a customer. Why ? Because his actions are condoned of. Note: As I was speaking to: AKA: Jason ,he just walked away. Very bad customer service. Refused to fix the problem. Then it appears for unknown reason a male Hispanic adult that appeared to be getting water intrupted the conversation.

He asked my friend I was with a question. My friend was heard nicely saying ," I'm very sorry , I dont have any ".  Then the male Hispanic adult appeared to be upset.  The male Hispanic adult was observed just staring at my friend. The last time I checked this is: Called: Chalenging and dueling. California Penal Code:415. Also under disturbing the peace. The the male Hispanic adult was observed lifting his shirt and displaying a tatoo on his stomach. He was driving a black truck. California plate: (((REDACTED))).

Then the male Hispanic adult was observed going to the back of the mechanic shop. As though he knew the employees. Friends do stick together. Its unknown what the hidden agenda was? Next: Spoke to the tall : AKA: Middle Eastern adult. He claimed he cares about customers . Yet insisted , two wait two days for the air bubbles to go away. As most consumer are aware they will not go away. This is not the result of drying time. Its the result of a incompetant at will employee that does sloppy tint work, with permission. The AKA: Manager is willing to fix the bubbles if they dont go away after two days.

If they can't do the job right the first time why should any customer/consumer trust them a second time. Plus: Then there is the concern of possible retaliation for making a complaint. Which primarily pertains to a job. California Labor Code:6310. Note: Just want a written appology for deliberate very bad service. Why should any: Customer /consumer be in convenienced to have to go back to wait all those hours so they're incompetant employee that can't be trusted can do bad work again? Next: Why should any customer / consumer be inconvenienced required to drive all the way back, wait all those hours for a tint job?

Then also; Be subject to possible retaliation for making a complaint. How do we know they wont deliberatly mess some thing else up? Like cooks some times do to a customer who complains about the food at resturant . They spit in the food. Plus: Other things. Just because the customer complained. If these incompetant at will employees can't do the job right the first time. They can't do it right the second time. The tall: AKA: Middle Eastern male adult was heard saying: He does not care about complaints. Which means : He does not care about the customer. Then we have the hazing, the harassment by the friend of those in the shop: California plate: (((REDACTED))). Observed driving a black truck. Lifting his shirt to display a tatoo on his chest. Is this possibly a violation of: Califiornia Penal Code:415. Under chalenging and dueling? Plus: Disturbing the peace?  Will never go here again.
