I received a cold call from Sterling and Bond, which you can clearly see thrives off duplicity.  They are using an anonymous virtual office setup to bilk individuals out of thousands when, in essence, they're not delivering on anything.  The cold call I received purported to be something about VoIP services, which is something I wasn't interested in.  Not sure how they got my number since I live in America (maybe they've hired American call centers to funnel money back to UAE?).

Anyway, these duplicitous Sterling and Bond characters are nothing more than cheats.  Liars.  Thieves.  Avoid them and anyone that calls from their office.  Please spread the word about these guys before they take your money, too.  By the way, anyone that offers ridiculous returns of 14% over 18 months should be flagged in your mind immediately - it's a prelude to what they call a Ponzi scheme since they'll never satisfy original investors unless they are able to steal new funds.
