I know someone who was renting a room for $699 a month. (That says a lot right there) I went there out of desperation and they told me that $899 was all that was available. I fell for it. Tony S. , the crappy manager who has no experience said it was due to supply and demand.  The Ad for $699 was continously being ran on Craigslist under Rentals/Shares and Subslets/Temprorary in the weeks following my move in.  Besides, what demand to stay here? It is more than half unoccupied. They can barely keep it running with all the things broken such as air, plumbing, theft, police here because of car break ins.

Yes, the police have been here every week! -People keep trying to get their money back with good reason, but to no avail. It is so hot here, it is like a furnice in the Texas heat. The hallways, laundry room, and conference rooms do not air. The elevators are faulty and when they are working, you can actually get stuck in one. This happened to someone and half the police force was trying to pry it open so there's a bankrupting lawsuit. The city needs to reconsider allowing it to stay open. -They are constantly out here.

Warning:  Amanda G. responds to the reviews claiming to e the mgr of the hotel.  She i sNOT the onsite mgr and has never addressed the ongoing complaints while the guests are staying there!
