The company sold me for $88.89 a cz ring and band. they added a bracelet and necklace for "free". all of it looked Fake. had it appraised by local gold and silver store who said it all was worthless. they also said it looked fake. the authorization had expired (my mastercard debit card) but they claimed it anyway leaving the 88.89 as overdrawn. my debit card company says that they would try to contact them, buy also suggested that i contact them. i cannot reach them by phone as i am told that "Noone is available to take you call, please try again later" this has been 5 days that i have tried to no avail. please help me
