We moved here in 1/27/2008. I was 9 months pregnant. We had just moved in and it was difficult for me to leave the house in winter because i was pregnant and when it rained or snowed the water would drip down from the upstairs porch and make icycles on the siiling and drop also to the floor and make a block of ice in the porch and stairs. I almost slipped and fall at the time. We waited until the winter left to warn the landlord about the conditions in the house.

We started pointing out the conditons in the house on spring. Our toilet had plunched and the bathtub ring (old style bathtub) had fallen from the silling and we called the landlord to fix the problem and he complained that he had a headache and we told him that the bathroom needed to be fixed because the bathroom needed to be used.He came and fixed it. After he was done fixing it he told us that one more time that he was called to fix the toilet he was going to charge us $90.00 because he is a plumer and that the company gave him the right to charge anyone to fix toilets because he does that at any house and he charges $90.00.

When we moved in he told us that he was gonna fix the kitchen in the summer and he still has not done that. I personaly have been asking him for the last 2 months to fix the bedroom doors because the 2 bedrooms dont have doors. He said that he was gonna fix the door 2 weeks before july 19 2008 and the other one 2 weeks after. And were on july 18, 2008 and no fixing at all yet.

In the attic there is holes everywhere in the attic and there is piguion poop everywhere.Piles and piles of bird poop. In the basement there is 2 dead burned piguions in top of the down stairs heater. My mother has gotten this rash really bad all over her body ever since we moved to this house. We have told neighbors about it and they said that it could be of all the waist of the piguions and that it also travels though the heater system.

In the kitchen the silling is falling off on one courner. It was also falling off were the light is and we told the landlord and he fixed it when he came and fixed the toilet. The window of the kitchen is broke and is falling off. The wallpaper from the kitchen he said he was going to fix it in the summer and hes refusing to fix anything. The floor in the bathroom is peeling off. When we moved in i asked both the landlords if we can peel off the bathroom tiles cuz the ones in the bottom were in good conditions and they said no.

The porch floor is all peeled off. But whats worse is the silling of the porch the light is hanging and the paint is peeling off and on one side of the porch the wood of the porch is falling off and you can tell it was nailed back in place but its still falling. The porch hasnt fallen because noone lives there. But,he just rented the upstarirs apartment to a group of people and the porch could fall because off all the weakness. The other houses also have the same problem.The walls in the porch has a quarter size hole and we taped it because bees were starting to make a beehive. I took pictures of all the problems in this house which backs off the details i just have given you. For safety purposes something needs to be done. A health inspector need to check this house immedietly before it gets worse. Specially the porch and the piguoin poop and the bacteria that causes it and laso for lead due to my 5 month old baby.Please help thank you.
