One of our former employees, Steve McLure, deceived and broke into our website after he left the firm and therefore we stopped payment on his check. His check was for $4,452.43 dated January 5, 2010. Steve McLure was paid for all the time he worked except the last month. He lied about keeping confidential password information for access to the website. Our website provider alerted us to what took place and is conducting an investigation. We have been generous to our employees.
Steve McLure initially denied tampering with our website. He then stated on January 6, 2010 that his ill friend who had access to his computer had in fact tampered with the website from his computer. We told him on January 6, 2010 that this was not an acceptable answer and we havent heard from him since. Our website provider will confirm the investigation.
IN TODAYS DIGITAL WORLD OF THE WEB ONE MUST ANSWER EVERY ALLEGATION IN DETAIL WHICH WE HAVE AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO. ANYBODY CAN SAY ANYTHING ON THE WEB. WE HAVE A FULL TIME STAFF OF WEB PERSONNEL DEVOTED TO THESE ACTIVITIES VERY SIMILAR TO OTHER ORGANIZATIONS AND WILL SHORTLY HAVE OUR OWN WEB PORTAL FOR GREATER RESPONSE.
