The allegations of impropriety included in this report are simply not true. I do not receive any money from Damon Day.
I am not now nor have I ever been a final adviser at nursing homes. I have not been convicted of any crime or charged with one.
Consumers can't pay any money, the site sells no products or services. I've added these issues to the growing FAQ list on the How to Get Out of Debt site.
