Steve Royce of Salem, Oregon or KKona3 & Kkona I. as he is otherwise known on YELP. is an individual that tries to remain anonymous on YELP and continually RIPS businesses everywhere. Most reveiwers average anywhere from 5 to 40 reviews. KKona I has 352 reviews. He claims that only 31% have bad reviews (2 stars or less). Do the math. That's right at 110 bad reviews. 110???? Most folks leave a handful of reviews. Kkona I has posted 10 or 11 times "a handful" in bad reviews. He also states that the rest are 3 or more stars. What he doesn't say is that a large portion are 3 star reviews... which isn't really what I would call a good review. I mean... seriously... if I were looking for a service and it had 3 star reviews... I would probably keep looking for the 5 star or 4 star company. ... He gave my company a bad review. For being short on the phone when we were probably real busy and couldn't accomodate that day due to volume of business. [continued below]....

..... We honestly don't remember his call. He didn't even use us and interpreted our inability to do his cleaning as arrogance and condescension. ... Examples of 2 star or less reviews: Colarusso's Pizza... not enough meat on the pizzas, United Airlines, Inc... canceled a flight (usually a mechanical problem) he was delayed... they even bought him a meal, American  Airlines... another canceled flight... dude, things happen, Lowe's Home Improvement... he had a seam in his new carpet-called them with the complaint-they asked what they could do-he said he didn't know... UHM... if you're gonna call with a complaint... you should know what you want done, Bowser's Grooming and Supplies... he said they don't answer their phone right away and are bad at returning calls... (mine was a phone complaint) UHM... businesses get busy? you aren't the only customer in the world?, Walmart... lot's of tea in the aisle but, no specialty tea products... THEY'RE A DISCOUNTER... they sell the basics... if you want specialty stuff, go to a specialty shop, Dave's Garage Doors... he said they did a good job but, the repairman was creepy.... really!?... they get a 2 star rating for a great job and a creepy repair guy... it ain't a perfect world and I've been told that we shouldn't be so judgemental... next time call somebody from the Bravo Network to fix your grage door, Blockbuster Video... didn't recognize old gift cards by the bankrupt Blockbuster Video... I think that's a smart business decision since they didn't pay for the promotion. ... It just goes on and on. This guy is definitely on his own little power trip and, through power of the internet (primarily YELP) the world is his oyster. Since he's so giving with bad reviews... at least he could let people know who he is, where he lives and what his phone number is which is the same info he list's on all of his reviews even though some businesses are mom and pop operations and they operate out of their home. ... This guy is angry with the world and is on a vendetta. I'm glad he isn't the head of a nation or something. I would hate to see how he would treat the citizens.

 It is unfortunate that you feel bothered by this individual. The sad part is that there really isnt anything you can do about it. It is their OPINION!!! Everyone has one and this person is hyper critical. Its obvious to me that they think that the world revolves around them. Why else would he be so critical? There are many reasons why this could be but Im not qualified to express what those reasons are. I would suggest that you do what you can to simply avoid this individual. Personally I think that being hyper critical shows a definate lack of social skills and a skewed world outlook. But thats just me.

Try and counter his posts by simply having those customers that DO enjoy the use of your business post their experiences. Its unfortunate but its the state of our world now that the consumer feels they can cause issues w/o repercussions. Thankfully you seem to have a picture of him. You would be well within your rights to never do business with this individual again. You might wish to check up on the "Shop Keep" laws in your respective state. This will give you the ability to "86" them from your business. Then let him keep posting. Those of us online that read posts such as this tend to see a situation for what it is. If this gentleman chooses to keep posting negativly, you may have LEGAL action available to you. You might not get a criminal complaint pushed to the courts, but you would definatly have a CIVIL complaint. And when it comes to civil rulings, they could have to pay a lot of cash. Not only for an attorney but for the punative (PUNISHMENT) award. See courts and the like tend to take a dim view of Liable or Slander. If it can be proven that his CONSTANT posting of incorrect information is actually causing a business to lose money, you get that lost revenue plus punative damages.

It sounds to me like this person is just generally butthurt at the world. Try and take solice in the fact that they will never be happy. Simply because the world chooses to not revolve around that person.
