These unethical fraudsters bilked the investors of Solera Networks out of millions of dollars, filed lawsuits against the creators of the companies technology -- including a 4 YEAR OLD CHILD, and paid off judges and attorneys all along the way, including a big fat hog in the 4th district court named Judge Darold J. McDade (who received a real estate payoff from these slimeballs in exchange for throwing rulings their way).

They were SUED in the 4th district court and found by Judge Hansen to have forged corporate documents, engaged in securities fraud, committed perjury, and stolen tens of millions of dollars from The Canopy Group in Lindon, UT.  After the Utah Court of Appeals ruled to hear the final outcomes of their alter-ego scheme called "Solera Networks", they promptly settled all of these lawsuits and got the inventor of their technology to accept a payoff in order to seal all the evidence from the public and the good people of Utah Valley.  

These scumbags are petty criminals.  Any investor or technologist who does business with them is an idiot -- they will rip you off and fire you and shuffle you out the door.  Check the filings for Solera Networks at the Division of Corporations in Delaware and you will find they only had authority to issue 10,000,000 shares of stock and scammed The Canopy Group by issuing 25,000,000 unauthorized shares to themselves, stole Canopy's money, forged fake agreements while employees of The Canopy Group to make themsevles un-fireable, and ran off with tens of millions of dollars from Ray Noorda's estate and collapsed the high tech economy in Utah Valley.  Great going fat hog Judge Darold J. McDade, you sold your brothers and sisters down the river to a bunch of silicon valley raiders.
