Steve White Motors Deceptive Business Practices, falsifying documents,Defective Products Newton, North Carolina

I was a backseat passenger in a friends newly purchased 2010 Dodge Challenger 10 Day's Old we traveled to a night spot to perform music when on the way home 2:00 am when my friends car cut off as we were crossing a rail road crossing the car basicly died on the tracks my friend vigorously tried to restart the vehicle with no success so my friend exits the vehicle jogs across the road way to get help from some guy's standing in a neighboring parking lot the my friend runs back across the road to attempt to help me out the car though the space in the back seat is to small for a person who stands 6 ft or taller I was wearing Boots and my right foot was stuck on something underneath the right front passenger seat unfortunately I was unable to safely exit the 2010 Dodge Challenger and the car was hit by a Norfolk Southern Cargo Train my injuries were extensive leaving me permanently Disabled Steve White Motors was the Owners of the 2010 Dodge Challenger as it clearly states on the police report Steve White Motor's subjected my Accident Claim to deceptive business practices by falsifying documents to make the cars ownership look like it was owned by  my friend to deny me the right to due process, my friend was not the owner he was a traveler operating Steve White Motor's 2010 Dodge Challenger. Day's after my accident another of my close friend had business with Steve White Motor's while she was there she observed conversation between multiple Sales Employees of Steve White Motor's conversation about my accident involving a Train one of the salesmen stated " the salesman that sold the 2010 Dodge Challenger the paperwork was bad/"messed up" therefor leaving my friends purchase null and void.
