I am amazed from all of the kind emails, phone calls, comments and support I've been receiving from all of my friends. Thank you very much. Marc Blasetti asked me to move into his house and once I moved in he tried to exploit me. I'm sorry that Marc Blasetti has chosen to pull a lot of innocent people into a ridiculous situation. And is on a rampage to further embarrass himself. I am surprised that a person I had such a bond with and respect for is so quick to throw me under the bus. I have spent my whole life trying to help people at the sacrifice of my own. And I was there whenever Marc Blasetti needed me until he tried to exploit my vulnerability. Like millions of Americans ,the recession hit everyone, some harder than others and I really felt it and had to give up my place. Marc offered me assistance with a place to stay which was a house he had under construction and could rent and some computers to help get me back on my feet with the understanding that I had very little income and if I could afford it, to start paying rent once the house was complete or move so that he could rent it to a family. The arrangement on the computers was, if I could not make the payments we would trade for video production and marketing from Kimbrough Media Group, Inc. / Black Kilt Films for Marc Blasetti and Blasetti Construction. So I gave him a Cannes accreditation on one of my films and set him up with place to stay in Cannes. I have given him over $15,000 worth of marketing, time, talent, video over the course of 3 years and work on his house. I have given more than $20,000 with video and film production with the documenting of his house from 2006. I hooked him up in Sundance and he got kicked out of the Gibson Lounge for taking pictures of Celebrities and caused me a lot of drama because of it and I had to mop up his mess and do damage control.  When I dropped him off at the airport in Salt Lake he pressured me again, when are you going to have some money for me. Enough is enough. My actions are hardly the actions of a Con Artist. Once I moved into the house Marc's agenda changed.  He started pressuring me for money every other day and he knew I had none, everybody knows I have no money because they don't either. He advised that I should be doing whatever it takes to make money to start paying him something even if it's unethical or even illegal. And I stated that's not my style, I'm trying to help people, not hurt them, and instead as agreed that i will market and promote his company on the Internet and produce his construction video in exchange for payment. As his financial situation got worst he started ramping up the pressure and suggested I start making porn movies with his Son, sell pop, sell black market DVD , anything to pay him rent. When I refused to do those things, he then started pressuring me to move out of his house and started demanding payment or give back the computers. The day that I was moving he came over to the house and started yelling and screaming that I should sign some ridiculous contract and started throwing furniture at me. He then climbed on to my rental truck, grabbed my TV to throw it at me and I told him to be smart and think about what you are about to do and the repercussions of that. He put the TV down and proceeded to cuss me out at the top of his voice. And now he has chosen to try to throw me under the bus and drag innocent people in with him. Yes I have the computers because i have earned them. Ask any filmmaker and they will tell you the value of their time, skills, talents, energy and creativity. Marc has always had my phone number and has not called me once and my number is the 310-990-7608, he has my email and has not emailed (steven@kimbroughmediagroup.com) me for reconcile since i moved out of his house. I am not hard to find. Helen Keller could find me. But instead takes this battle to the Internet. Which he doesn't even know how to use. Someone else is managing this report I'm sure. He doesn't even know how to check his emails or how to even turn a computer on. I can only speculate he is using his business as a cover for other unsavory activities, and that he's following construction codes and proper employee procedures, however it is not my place to say. What the heck now that we are all open and on the Internet with these issues let's put a magnifying glass on his operation and see what we find. If Marc Blasetti really wanted to resolve this issue he would pick up the phone and call me to work this out like a real honorable man. I doubt he will make that call. And if I have wronged you in any way I will do with my power to right the situation. If I owe any money please be patient. If my comedy has offended you in any way well two out of three is not bad. For those who continue to love and support me I thank you very much. I know I'm no saint, But I'm not a Con Artist either, struggling yes.
