 The individual that made this post is a professional tenant who has been ripping off his landlords for a long time by not paying his rent or his utilities and by causing willful damages to their property. He is a small individual with substantial anger issues. I represented his last landlord and I have been evicting tenants like him for 20 years. His allegations are grossly frivolous which is something he is well practiced at as that is his usual approach to file frivolous meaningless tenant applications in the hopes of delaying the envitable that being his getting evicted yet again. His common approach is to threaten everyone that comes near him with civil suit, again meritless and frivolous is his hallmark. He is violent and assaulted my last Client's son in law. I will no doubt be called upon to evict him again at some point as he is a creature of pattern. He is in all regards a total loser that seeks to harm anyone and everyone that comes near him. I have never been contacted by the Police or the Law Society about him in any capacity. Just more of his meaningless lies. I will address his slander and defamation with his employer as he was dumb enough to make this post from his work email.
