stevens transport, trucking company boot camp, conartist, rotten trainers ,rude people dallas, Texas

stevens starts you pretty good then things go down hill.they promise you the world and lots of money and nothings true. the people and trainers are rude and rotten, and its like being in boot camp. i went threw 5 weeks of hell there. my trainer was erregent,ruddest person i ever met, never wrong everything i done was wrong. [i was doing good at trucking]. i talked to my counseler about him 2 times a week cause thats how many time we argued. well same old crap and after 4 week with him i had a blood vessel pop in my head so i had to stay in california. the stress was trebbile with him. in fact he did the same to another student he had with another company and he died. they pay you 350.00 a week training, gross, but they don't tell you it cost 100.00 to 150.00 a week to live on the road. they also say they will pay you 26 cents a mile to start and that figures out to be 6.30 and hour on 70 hours and 2000 miles.and your on duty a hella lot more than 70 hours. after my incendent they wanted to know when i was come back to start all over.i told them that was to much hell for one person. now they will not cover any of the bills or talk to me at all. once you have a problem they disown you, and it was there fault. my luggage went back to texas with the trainer and it took me 6 weeks to get my luggage back. they had no inten on sending it back. the trucks are govened at 62 mph, but you get in the mountains where you need power and rpm"s the buzzer sounds cause you are over reving it at 1400rpm's. good luck if someone goes to work for them.
