Stina Legalbo/ Naples Realty forgery, false information, falure to her fiduciary duty Ripoff Naples Florida

Stina Legalbo was connected to another scam artist Todd Holmers, they had forged signatures, sold homes that were not there homes to sell. Stina did not represent her sellers best interest and in fact help assist Todd Holmers and Amber Holmers in the sale of numerous homes.

She new what she was doing and choose to do bussiness with him regardless of who got screwed as long as she got paid, and paid she was. She refuses to talk to some of her clients becuase all that matters to her is getting paid.

I just wonder how long the florida real estate commission will let her work, I am sure the D.B.P.R. will be checking on her bussiness ethics. Do Not do bussiness with her. I will be willing to bet when this info goes out there, others will come forward as well. Her Biggest scam is Copper Oaks in Estero Florida, the builder is months over the 2 year close time and will not give back the hefty 10% down money nor will she talk to her buyers about it, she simply wants to get paid like all prostitutes.
