my 5 pound min pin doggie got kicked and slammed against a wall, than the tenant who did that ran to the leasing office the next day and rattet me out for having a pet.
than recieved threadning note from the office/extremly pet unfriendly. wanted the whole 'petdeposit at once/would not allow me to make payments. than they hiked the deposit amount up from 300 dollars to 350/ and said they will keep 150 of it regardless if that pet ever did damage to the cheap unit or not. the bathtop was paintet with wallpaint instead of sprayp. maintnance wants to enter your unit at least ones a week. repairs/leaks/ watermainbreaks /water shuttoff at least every other week.

after i paid the rent they threatend they would evict me for having the pet. entered my unit without me present several times. was forced to get out of thelease and stopped payment on the rentcheck becouse i resentet being a paying costumer and be treadet like plain dirt. than they shut my water supply off on a friday evening. demandet payment after maintnace repaired some water header all day. after turning all neighbors water on, mine was shutt of . coniving maintnance personel/ bearly speaking englisch, not telling me whats going on. found out they shut me of from answering service. leasing managers are coniving jerks and should not represent a business.
