The company does not deliver and does not refund. I purchased the molds and was told they would take about 2 weeks. After 5 weeks I called and left several messages and E-mails with no response. They do not accept credit cards and can no longer accept Paypal because they lost their privileges so now they want personal checks or credit card checks which you cannot duspute with your credit card company. Check out Stone Casters on the Better Business Bureau website. On their policies page they say you may obtain a refund for unused mold within 30 days. I never even received my molds and was refused a refund.

After reading the negative slander provided by Kevin, I have to write this rebuttal.

I have worked at stonecasterstudio.com for the last 2 years and I can say 100000% that they are a real and honest company. I know this because I pack and ship the boxes that are sent out to customers everyday!

Kevin, you must have no idea what it means to have a company that manufactures and distributes its own products. You must be one of those people that expects to get things RIGHT NOW!

My wife orders underwear from Victoria's Secret and it takes 6-8 weeks to arrive. I've ordered gadgets on TV and have had to wait 2-3 months to recieive my product that was already made.

Stonecasterstudio.com has served over 150 happy customers with just a few bad apples like Kevin. I

n regards to your slander about why we do not take credit cards or paypal payments, we would prefer to pass the money 3% that we save by not using credit card transactions to our customers. Besides, Paypal has toooo much control over their customers money.

In regards to the BBB report on our company, we refuse to go through the BBB to satisfy our customer complaints since the goal of the BBB is ONLY to get us and other businesses to pay them for a membership and pay for advertising on their site. Just because the BBB site says that the complaints were not handled does not mean that they were not handled by us. As a matter of fact, we can provide references of customers who complained to the BBB and were handled OUTSIDE of the BBB site (Almost 100% of complaints were only for delivery delays on our products).

Kevin, I have a couple of request for you:
1: Prove that you did not receive a refund or your products.
2: Prove that we do not use Paypal or take credit card transactions because our accounts are closed.
3: Prove that we are a scam.

If you can prove all of the 3 request above then you are correct in your negative complaint on our company. Otherwise, you should be careful about slandering an honest company.
