Cold Stone Creamery in Virginia, my local store was filty. I have many complaints (not really a ripoff), but my main complaint is they dropped the ice cream spoon on the concrete floor and then picked it up and continued to make my order!

I can't think of ice cream any more, when I do I have all these dirty images in my mind of what I saw in Cold Stone Creamery.
