Facts that are misrepresented by Mr Durigon.

First misrepresentation - Material not had picked through.  One hole pallet was bad.  Mis-cut not square material.  At the time he agreed it was bad.

Chiseled edge is done after the the stone is cut, not as the second lie indicates that chiseled edge material in inherently unsquare. 

The material that Mr. D replaces this with is not cut to the same dimensions and incompatible with the first lot.  He knew this at the time but said nothing.  There is a pattern of deception here.

I did not select the replacement material, he did.  I returned the replacement material at the first available time he was back in town (5 days later).  He indicates that the compatible material was no longer available.  Another lie.

I purchased the correct material from ART Of Tuscany (Great Company) which is where he gets his material from.  In fact there were 4 pallets of the correct stone their for him when I got mine from them. 

The next lie is the full refund statement.  He charged me $250 restocking for taking back the bad replacement material.  The pattern of mis-representation continues.  He did not order me new material.  I would never deal with a person that distorts facts and then lies to promote his business.  I have referred people to Art Of Tuscany as they are a company with integrity.

Regarding the taxes - That investigation is still pending with the Franchise Tax Board of Maricopa County.

As far as the guts to put my name - It is Paul Bartoletti. my cell number is 602/315-5136.  Just so you know - just because you put your name does not mean that you have ethics or integrity.  That comes from how you treat your clients.  If you lie to them or misrepresent information that costs your clients money they will remember your name and they will not buy from you again. 

If you have the character to make this right then refund the restocking charge of $243 for the bad material you tried to pawn off on me as good replacement.  I would be happy to post an update indicating the matter was resolved equitably.

I still buy material from other sources and all the people that I deal with in Real Estate are told that Stone Ideas is not the company to deal with as the outcome is anything but "Ideal"

Here is the real story:

The client bought pallets of travertine material from my company, after 9 months he return with a Partial material leftover ,with the excuse that the travertine was not square ( after he went troough and hand pick the best material from the  pallets he returned the material that he did not like) : Chiselled material DOES not come perfectly square because it has distressed edges. I then replace the material with another material selected by the customer ,he did pick it up, and agree that he like the new material. HERE we are again, after 5 days he cames back and return also this material and he got  the full refund with taxes included . Now find a company that after the customer return partial material almost a year old it take it back without even charging the tipical 25% restocking fee and to make the customer happy even re order him a new material. Regarding the tax id # only contractor that order material from us has access to our tax id, in order to avoid double payment to city of Phoenix ,NOT customers that they have to pay the regular city of phoenix rate.

Regarding the lie that we do not pay taxes ; we DO pay every single transaction  to city of Phoenix
