Stoneleigh Recovery Harrasing Phone Calls Lombord, Illinois

A man called me from Stoneleigh Recovery, he claimed he represented a client who bought my "bad account" from a credit card I had. He said I needed to set up payments to clear my account and was willing to give me a settlement of two payments of $540.00 right then. I have never recieved written documentation to verify there records.

After the first week went by this gentlemen (Ken Jefferson) didnt reach me on my phone so he then had the nerve to call my mother-in-law looking for me, mind you I have never lived at that address or recieved mail there so I have no idea how he got that phone number.

I told him that I would settle the debt if it were mine if I had documents proving what he was saying. Still have not recieved any papers and he continues to call. I told him I would make smaller payments as well but he is not willing to set anything up in smaller monthly payments he wants it all in two payments. I do not have the extra money to make those big payments.
