I hereby request cancellation of our agreement. Your sales team and their promises far exceed your ability to deliver.

It was implied we didn't need a computer to get started nor be experienced. I finally got a computer, internet etc. Then came the bad news. The disks did absolutely nothing no download or anything else.

I contacted quick help response. Three days later they said to enter on Build A Store. I tried this but the unit wanted 8 digits for a pass code. All the ones in my kit only had 7.

Help has not answered my request about this on Feb, 12th.

Since this program is useless please recind the note for $5,932.92 with Home Servicing Co. Upon your making this correction I will inform the BBB.
