This is a response from my wife and I to stores online's rebuttal to my complaint through the attorney general in Pennsylvania. I would like you all to know Stores Online told me I would not see a refund and after the Attorney General sent my complaint the worthless scammers changed their tune. Of course they tried to make it look like it was out of the kindness of thier heart. May be to my foolishness when they told me to contact them for a refund within 10 days I thought it may close the case as if it was settled.

Instead I sent a letter immidiately back to the Attorney General stating I would except a full refund. I have no idea why they think they can dictate anything. These scammers will pay back what they stole no less!! Besides I was told that accepting a refund through a credit card is not the way to do it. I just completely and totally do not trust people like this. I want the refund mailed to me in the form of a check from Store Online and all thier associates.

I must include the name of a liar named Eric Mosteller ( I may have mispelled his last name) the President of the coaching team I payed $ 6,700 for and John Camps who talked me into signing up. All I can say is that I have yet to see them do anything they said they would do. I was told that I would have a definite product to sell and that they would help me sell it. As you know they are no more than liars. Eric has never got back to me when he said he would, and John Camps has never kept his word.

I must confess that I am would like my money back, but I would be so happy to see everyone get their money back. I will not be happy with only the money I have invested. I want all the innocent people from all over the world to get a refund not just Pennsylvania. I will persue these terrorist slowly and continually whenever I have the time, and as I learn slowly more and more how to do so.

I am enclosing my second complaint as it is nearly the same as the first one. Except for the fact that I address some of the twisting of my words:

My wife and I have received the response from Stores Online, and are not surprised by the misleading tactics in Stores Online's response. Stores Online talks of a contract of business to business, but my wife and I were only consumers. All we can say is shame on Store Online for deceiving people, corrupting the whole idea of a legitimate business, and being the king of half-truths. I admit that I did no marketing whatsoever, I pay homage and give all credit in the world to Stores Online for their capability of giving that much of the truth, but to finish the whole truth my wife indeed has done marketing.

However, in regards to the foolish jargon Stores Online included with their response as to my appreciation of the job Marek did with the site is valid yet irrelevant and simply a tactic to confuse the issue at hand. In regards to the job that Marek did the site did look good, but that has nothing to do with the scamming or misrepresenting Store Online has done with regards to dropshipping, finding suppliers, the process that would take place with marketing, and the time and cost involved with set-up. I did not sign up and invest $6,198.00 at the workshop, $450.00 for publishing three sites, and all the additional costs which are a lot they never tell the consumer about to have a pretty looking web-site.

Therefore, the scam program benefits Stores Online and their business associates by baffling consumers with useless software and writing material that only leads the consumer in a circle. One catchy phrase that these scam artists used to deceive, manipulate, and steal from people is the phrase: You don't even have to have a computer or know how to use one. Thinking about all that has taken place only serves to make me sick as to have been foolish enough to have trusted and believed that these people were honest or had the least bit of integrity.

In all honesty my greatest fear is that this type of people will be allowed to continue to be called a business, and be allowed to operate in America or in any other country. We know one thing for sure that a business of this class with the ever increasing reputation of foul play is not held within the borders of America, but has been spreading around the world. For example check this reveals only a very small number of the individuals raped of their finances, and they are from all over the world.

The validity of my complaint is in the mouth of much more than two or three witnesses, and to further back my complaint Stores Online was kicked out of Texas for these very same reasons. I would like Stores Online to explain what took place in Texas and why the Attorney General kicked them out of Texas. Certainly it was not an accident, but to protect the people of Texas from scam artists.

The last and most important issue my wife and I find needing addressed is the foolishness Stores Online displays by twisting our complaint and saying that our main concern was Training Solutions. Well, in truth they are a concern, but they are no more than Stores Online. With this complaint Stores Online is our main concern, and we believe Stores Online would do well to understand that they are addressed much more directly in this complaint. My wife and I do not believe that shifting all blame or the load of guilt to their associations is a good practice, but there is no honor among thieves so why should we be surprised at this tactic by Stores Online.

In response to Stores Online and the contorting of the issue presented my wife and I again state they lie, deceive, misrepresent, and cheat consumers out of money or encourage consumers to put it on a credit card if they do not have the money. Stores Online is there for the quick buck and playing with lives and livelihoods without the least regard for people's lives.

In regards to the refund, my wife and I will accept a refund for the full amount of $6,648.00 invested, and we will have the check sent to my wife and I in the form of a check for the full amount my wife and I lost to their scam. We feel this is an extremely generous offer on our part, as we have additionally invested thousands of hours and dollars into their network of scamming associations, and considering the fact that Stores Online is the initiator of the scamming process.

I want anyone who reads this, especially from Pennsylvania, that in order to get a refund we need more people to complain to the Attorney General.

According to the attorney generals senior agent my complaint in itself is hardly the expected petition needed to take out stores online. I don't know about all of you, but if you aren't trying to do something your helping the thieves continue to steal.

In my mind if you aren't at least trying to do something your joining the crowd of idiots who stole from us in the first place. Sound harsh well get your dang butt's in gear and get something going. I was thinking of calling some news stations and getting the word out over the news, but I was hoping I could have more than my voice alone broadcasting the warning to others. (please respond with your opinion) I know of a couple of people who have unfortunately told me they would send a complaint and of course did nothing.

Yes perhaps my loss is much greater seeing the finacial situation it put my family in, but still in all the principle applies I just wish people were man enough or perhaps not to lazy to do something.
