LOOKING for EVERYONE that HAS a COMPLAINT AGAINST: StoresOnline, iMergent, Galaxy Mall, NetGateway, inetseminars, General Pacific Partners & Professional Marketing International/Inc. (PMI), Galaxy Enterprises If you know of other dba's/aka's of StoresOnline, please make them known here. If you want to file a complaint it is important you take time to read as much as you can. The info will be valuable to you in completing your complaint and know the history of SOL/iMergent. 1) Copy & Paste this rip-off report web address of this thread into a new email -- Spread the word !!!! Next - Tell everyone in your email address book to come to this thread, read it & list their initials, city & state along with their complaint thread, whatever complaint site it was written on OR verify they have filed complaints with any other like BBB, FTC, IFTC, Attorney General, &/or State's Dept of Consumer Affairs. 2) If you tagged on to a report or never filed a report FILE YOUR OWN REPORT NOW, once it posts then come back here and add your initials, city, state along with your complaint thread address. 3) Read all of the info here, YES all of it, I know it is a lot. 4) (Optional) Copy & paste ALL the info into the email with this tread address and send it to everyone in your address book and ask that everyone else to do the same - YOU WILL BE PART OF THE LARGEST CONSUMER ADVOCATE EFFORT to save other unsuspecting consumers the heartache, disappointment and financial loss of believing the SOL's sales pitch and becoming involved because SOL failed to disclose true business practices, costs & expenses PRIOR to finalizing sales. Why act now? - because NOW is the crucial time to find all consumers that have been scammed to prove that your complaint is real and that there are so many folks out there that haven't yet filed, that don't know where to file complaints or are ashamed that they have been scammed (which is what SOL counts on). Find those that cancelled in 3 days yet denied their refunds to those that put tons of time & money into SOL's less than adequate online software to find it didn't work at all or works "clunky & old" and that if lucky enough to get a web site up & running it won't work on any other hosting site but SOL's because no one wants to pay excessive SOL hosting fees compared to the general competitive market and have requested refunds. Need to find those that have refused to pay SOL and are being hounded by collection agencies. (Previous comments based on complaint reports written at various complaint sites). Dreams have been crushed, emotional heartache & financial loss, lives destroyed by SOL's deception no matter what product or company name was used at the time (see aka's/dba's listed above). Mr. Danks, CEO is on record that He, his family, the SOL employees & shareholders have been emotionally and financially devastated primarily because stocklemon.com had reported information on their site. Stocklemon added their own opinion which is what Danks apparently is most opposed to or Danks claims the info reported on stocklemon was false how can this be? when the info is available elsewhere online? The news expose'(s), articles, TV news, legal actions, etc are all false? I don't think states would take the time & money to prosecute SOL if they didn't have concrete facts. Why act now?- because Mr. Danks, CEO of StoresOnline/Imergent claims to news reporters and legal counsel that most complaint reports written on RipOffreport.com, plus others here in the US and those filed internationally from United Kingdom, Australia etc., are without merit &/or fictitious. Ripoffreport.com has over 300 complaints, 22 pages on StoresOnline, that does not count all the reports listed under the aka/dba names. Complaints have been filed around the globe, not just in the US. It seems Danks, Poelman, Korn continually come up with excuses (legal or otherwise) to stay hidden, excuses rather than fully disclose truths. Example: http://www.forbes.com/execpicks/best/2003/0612/002.html Not verbatim: Basically John Poelman, chief executive of Galaxy's parent Imergent Inc, said 3 day right to rescind not applicable because it is purchased by small businesses, not consumers. People aren't allowed to try it out (the software) because it could be easily copied. I don't know that I believe this excuse maybe they could show how it is used at the seminar so when folks use it at home and it doesn't look or work the same well I guess that would set them up for failure. In this report -- http://www.news.com.au/ story/0,10117,15684461-15319,00.html Mr. Korn denied any high pressure at any sales seminar customers decide for themselves. Is this contradictory to complaint reports and news expos's? YES Other comments by Mr. Korn can be read at the bottom of this report: http://www.thecouriermail.news.com.au/printpage /0,5942,15158064,00.html Well, now consumers can read an almost complete history (I'm sure there are more reports/news/TV etc out there that I didn't come across) and make up their own minds. Stocklemon.com is back online today. Go there and read reports dated: August 17, 2005 July 8, 2005 May 10, 2005 April 21, 2005 April 12, 2005 March 18, 2005 March 9, 2005 http://www.stocklemon.com/articles/03_09_05.html March 4, 2005 March 1, 2005 February 24, 2005 Here is an article that describes a bit of what is going on between Stocklemon & Imergent/StoresOnline. This article in the Daily Herald: iMergent execs accused of illegal insider trading. PLEASE READ ENTIRE ARTICLE at--- (you need to type in these addresses in your address bar or copy and paste them) http://www.harktheherald.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=article&sid=49933 Article on FindProfit.com written 2/25/05 iMergent Tries To Diffuse Stock Fall With Conference Call PLEASE READ ENTIRE ARTICLE at http://www.findprofit.com/archive/6046.html See other article lists at end. Do yourself a favor and read everything!!!!!!! If you live in any of these 26 states, this is a web site StoresOnline/Imergent does not want you to know about: http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/franchise/netbusop.htm Click on your state to see what they have outlined to protect you and see how StoresOnline/PMI has violated you & your state. Each of us can make a difference, help spread the word. There are folks out there, some have email, some don't even have computers - but are under SOL's thumb to pay up even though they have nothing to show for their investment. If we get the word out maybe they can get their complaint filed. NOW is the time to be heard. Please be proactive and help, thanks. Disclosures: I don't hold shares of iMergent. It is my opinion that the states of Maine, Texas, California, Utah, Illinois and others are acting on complaint reports filed by consumers, that these reports have been verified by proper channels &/or authorities, they are not fictitious and these states are appropriately acting on behalf of their citizens by taking legal action against StoresOnline/iMergent. I have not seen any publication from StoresOnline that offers validity to their seminar claims. I've only seen reports where people say they introduce successful estore owners at the seminars who are actually relatives & employees, these facts are not disclosed at the seminar. Many of the news/TV reports have quoted seminar speakers touting SOL's ability to help people make thousands of dollars each month. Reports claim losses, no sales, can't get my site up, SOL won't return email, phone or fax communication, and they only give you the run-around. Have there been any refunds? According to a few reports - Yes. Have they made refunds and had people sign letters saying they will not take further action and that the matter has been handled to the customers' satisfactions most probably. Some have not taken the refund because it was considered hush money. It just sends a message that this company and others like it will use your money your money to buy your silence = don't tell anyone about this unhappy matter or we won't give you YOUR MONEY back. They have not established an online site listing all of their established estore sites. There is this one that is truly SAD: Storesonline Directory of Sites at www.galaxymall.com/stores/ashworth/so2.html I tried to click on a few and it took so long for a site to come up that I cancelled it. If they had a legit directory of sites then potential consumers could go there and click on these sites. Then you could get to the site; contact the owner to see if they are having any success. Would just have to filter out those owned by relatives/in-laws, employees & friends which by the way should also be openly disclosed to consumers. I don't think anyone would blame SOL's inner circle for having sites as long as they are shown as such and that there are non related parties that are also successful that included what each spent to get where they are. Rather than misleading people to think that they can do it for 50.00 2500.00. I did a storesonline.com/site search and you can find some estores because SOL makes the customer use their .com and assign the customer a number that follows. Example: galaxymall.com/stores/fashion/sunspecs/. or /storesonline/site/707069/. for the few I looked at and clicked on some worked, some didn't which doesn't leave me very confident in their software. AS many as they say they have sold you would think there would be multitude pages that would come up via the search engines but they just aren't there at least not that I can find via search. Everything they (SOL) say is just that, hear say. People have requested proof time & again, reporters have asked but there is never a response from SOL. In one of the reports below it was stated that there really aren't that many law suits filed against them and that complaints filed are without merit that the number of complaints is miniscule in comparison to the number of sites sold. Are you saying that SOL as a company is being penny wise and dollar foolish???? Why is so difficult to refund the unhappy customers and stay off the complaint boards? Is it because there are more complaints than you want the public to know about? Other articles found online by typing in StoresOnline complaints into search engines. File your own ripoff report on PMI premier products, ez drop ship, my hot buy, hot buy 4 u, John Beck

AUTHOR: Fyi - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, November 06, 2005

Hi Jennifer
Thanks so much for sharing. Please let me encourage you to file your own report. Your experience matters. You recognized their high pressure sales tactics and "spew" as a ripoff. If you file your own report you will be getting the "new" names (PMI premier products, ez drop ship, my hot buy, and hot buy 4 u) in the title of your report. It is important because anyone that is curious and knows about ripoff will come here and type in those names. The sooner someone reports these titles as ripoffs the better. Include as much information as possible: names of infomercial program you & your husband purchased along with their addresses and phone/fax numbers. Look at the literature they sent you, double check all of it for different address/phone numbers. Include every one that called since with their name, address, and phone. Write down all of the product names that they are trying to sell under.

My original purchase was also for Auctions for Income. AFI and many other infomercial, e-book, internet scam are only front runners. It gets your name & phone number to the bigger scam managers. My problems were with Summit Consulting who hid behind two names: Auctions for Income Success team & The Summit Group. When I finally found out they were Summit Consulting I looked them up on the BBB = unsatisfactory. They use the other names so consumers can't look them up - FRAUD. Basically they were contracted by several other companies to do the initial sale for all the other services which included: PMI - Professional Marketing Inc, Professional Marketing International, NMR - National Marketing Resources (same address & phone as PMI) Links4Trade, The Tax Club, IDI - Internet Development Inc, idiglobal.com. I did get 100% of my money back.

No stranger on the phone will ever have your best interests in mind; they are only looking to fill their pockets with your money. They all say there are no guarantees to your success, well for the money they are taking there should be a 100% money back guarantee. They use that excuse so they can keep your money claiming they did everything they could to help you, it was your fault. All the reports read so much alike. No product sent, hidden fees/charges, did not disclose costs prior to finalizing sale, lied, online software old, clunky, doesn't work, took months to work on site they still don't have my store online, no hits, no sales. They are not experts - they are charging thousands of dollars for free information. Well I guess you could say they are scam experts, they know thousands of ways & have hundreds of services to sell you to get your money, only because they slap a new cover & name on the package every couple of months.

Summit Consulting has switched gears and is now being reported on Foreclosure World ripoff reports.

IDI is in league with other companies with UNSATISFACTORY BBB ratings like: Professional Consulting Services, PMI/NMR, NeWave = onlinesupplier.com, John Beck's Mentoring of America /Free & Clear/ Amazing Profits/ Jeff Paul, The Tax Club, Links4Trade, AutoResponder, etc. etc. etc.

IDI report big names like: Tupperware, Shasta, Synergy, Melalueca and others. While the software these big names are using may have some value, their Quicksite online software, pushed by these sales groups, is extremely basic, way oversold -you would do better buying an e-commerce type software package. At least it is yours, you won't hear the excuse that it will only work with their hosting. While you may be interested in just e-bay selling, they really want you to become a web designer and create websites for others to so they get more hosting fees which are extremely high/month compared to the market.

Once again, file your own report !!!!
Thanks

Other companies affiliated... Auctions for Income, PMI-Premier Products, EZ drop ship, My Hot Buy/Hot Buy 4 U

AUTHOR: Jennifer - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, November 05, 2005

Hi, I was almost ripped off by this company about 2 yrs ago. Just wanted to let you know the other companies that are affiliated with PMI that I know of are:

Auctions for Income
PMI-Premier Products
EZ drop ship
My Hot Buy/Hot Buy 4 U

I fortunately only signed up for their free and low cost options, although I was heavily pressured to sign up for their various programs that were "guaranteed" to build my "wealth."

I found this company from an infomercial starring Dave Espino, and his "amazing profits" - I never attended a seminar, but this is how the process went for me:

I tried their "selling on ebay" program. Couldn't sell anything from their drop ship company (ez dropship) because hundreds of other people were listing the same products.

I then tried starting my own web site to sell the drop ship items directly to customers. (Nothing sold) I also found that instead of the trouble of building my own website, I could subscribe to theirs and sell thru them. They charged, I think, around $12 a month for an affiliate site. (my hot buy/hot buy 4 u).

They called and tried to get me to sign up for various things such as a coaching program where "Dave Espino himself" would share his "wealth building secrets" to help me make lots of money. They also tried to get me to buy a lifetime web site for $7000. When I told them I could not afford it, they told me they could give it to me for $5000 and make payments. I told them to get lost, I can get a yahoo site for $20 a month. They tried to get me to sign up for credit card processing and classes and coaching and other programs that were supposed to drive traffic to my site and increase my sales. Fortunately I did not fall for any of it, but I have seen all over the internet people who have.

The products are crappy, and the whole system is rigged into this web where various services offered by various companies conspire to find ways to nickel and dime you to death. These companies are all intertwined and probably have a hefty corporate swiss bank account.

I hope nobody else falls for these scams, as I know a lot of people have lost a lot of money for this high pressure, high cost nonsense.

Another company that is related to this scam airs infomercials for "Free and Clear" a program that claims to help you buy homes for pennies on the dollar and sell them for profit. My boyfriend had ordered this kit, and the scam runs almost the exact same way. The materials were all printed with the same template, and they also had high pressure calls to get you to sign up for updates, coaching, listings of homes, etc. The information contained in the packet that sold for about $40 is the same info you can get for free at your local library! They start out by offering this information for around $40, then they use your credit card and contact info to try to squeeze your money out of you a little at a time. If you figure they are doing this to thousands of people, that adds up to a lot of dough!

I don't feel I qualify for a complaint myself, as I said, I avoided being scammed by the most part (fortunately, mostly because I simply did not have the money to spend on this stuff. If I had more money, I likely would have been scammed out of it), but I wanted to share the information I know to help others avoid making these mistakes.

The above article prints a quote from Clint Sanderson of Internet Marketing Conference aka: iMergent, StoresOnline, iNetSeminars. All spokespeople for SOL say the same thing. Doesn't matter if complaints come from consumers or if they are hounded by state & federal agencies - SOL reply is always the same ..... all claims are without merit.

With all smoke and mirrors that SOL uses on a daily basis, the one that is truly without merit = SOL and any other name & program title they use.
