Storm Vacuum ripoff Internet

I order a storm vacuum in May 25,2006. They made a mistake on my order and triple the order to my account. I got in touch will them and they made ajustment a month later to my account.

Now it's the end of August and I still don't have my order. When I call help desk it say it under another name. They transfer me to someone else. I ask if my order has been ship out. They say it's on back order.

I have been getting this everytime that I call. So I decided to cancel my order or August 14,2006. The person say that some one will call me to verify my cancellation within 48 hours. And I'm still waiting.

This is a big rip off. I will like to know what I can do to get the rest of my money back.
