I had an experience that when I ordered it I had a hard time understanding the sales person on the other end. They even got my name wrong they have it under Carline Paul so every time I called I had to explain.
After a week and a half I needed to get a vacuum because mine took a dump. So I went and bought one.
I called to cancel my order and they said no problem the order will be cancelled since it is not even gone into the billing or the warehouse. I thanked her and
thought it was cancelled.
A week later I recieved a card in the mail stating the Vacuums are on back order if you would like to cancel your order just call the number on this card, so to be safe I did they told me my order has been cancelled.
A few days later I felt a bad vibe and I called back and now they informed me they could not do anything because the order has been sent to the warehouse and they could not stop it at this time. It is in processing. I tried
to get the customer service man to cancel and he informed me that he could not at this time, but it does show that I called to cancel the order and he could not
explain as to why it still went to the warehouse.
After that I called my debit card company and they told me my card had been charged $196.27 and that they can
not do anything about it since it is a card that I had earned from my job of sales and they cannot reverse any charges, it is only a cash debit card, once it is charged there are no return charges or credits.
I continued to call the company and was put on hold many many times for at lease 45 to 60 minutes, only to be disconnected and the times I was able to get thru the people were nice and said it would be handled
and appoligize for any inconvenience. I was given information to return the package so I did and the UPS said the tracking number would show that it was returned.
I still do not have any of my money and they have their product back so now I have been double screwed. I am not sure where to go from here no one answers
the phone and the number has been changed many times, along with many e-mails telling me someone will respond in 24 hours and of course no one does.
If you can help with any suggestions on what can I do, I am open to them.
