This all started 1 month ago as I was on the road for business. My initial telephone number was 775-xxx-xxxx. I proceeded to top up with the unlimited plan of $45 as I always do.

I topped up over the phone via credit card. The representative confirmed that I would have my same number and all was well. My service and phone was not activated and a day later once it was they dropped my number, not once but twice, and I was given a new one.

This caused a massive situation where my clients were unable to contact me resulting in a substantial loss of revenue.

In addition they charged my credit card 6 times in the amount of $45. It took 2 hours to rectify this situation alone in which they reluctantly refunded the money.

Today 7/27/2010, I purchased a $30 top up card and was informed that I am unable to top up because my number does not match what they have on file. At this point I have been on the phone for 2 hours costing me further revenue. Then they inform me that they must deactivate my phone to rectify the problem while customer service was rude and unhelpful.

After that issue they informed that I must speak to a supervisor who I held for after having the call dropped 3 times.

I spoke to a Merria (Supervisor) who took another 2 hours to fix the issue wasting an entire work day costing me a full day in pay because my phone does not work.

Once all this was taken care of I was hoping to be done but no! When I proceeded to make a call only an hour later I receive a message stating that Verizon can not verify my number. I proceed to contact customer service AGAIN in which they tell me to reactivate my phone. Guess what???? They gave me a whole new telephone number a 4th time. Now I've been on the phone for another 29 minutes as of 3:26pm PST and they still cant rectify this but are willing to transfer me to every other department available.

I'm so distraught at this point I cant even write. Ive lost a day of revenue, almost 8 hours and still no compensation or resolution.

I feel not only cheated but treated with disrespect.

An Update: On the phone as we speak with Straight Talk who has now dropped the 4th number and offering no compensation or resolution! I just got f**ked!!!!
