We paid $649 for a straight talk iphone 6s from Walmart in Massena NY.  less than a month later, the phone's charge port stopped working.  We took the phone back to Walmart and we were told since we had the phone for more than 15 days, we would were out of luck.

We called straight talk's horrible customer service and were told to contact apple for a new phone.  Apple sent out a new phone within a week.  We then waited another week for straight talk to send us a new chip.

Next, the phone will not sync with straight talk.  Everytime we call straight talk, we have to explain the entire problem over and over.  it has been a month now and the phone still does not work.  I spend hours a day on the phone with straight talk's hopeless customer service.  They won't even refund the monthly service charge we have been paying.  

I'm ready to go to the BBB and Attorney General.
