Let me start off by saying that each and every customer service representative that I have spoken with at Straight Talk/Tracfone is extremely rude and grossly incompetent.  I ordered their AT&T Compatible Micro SIM + Unlimited* Plan which included free overnight shipping, paying $63.17 for SIM card and one month of unlimited service. I did not order a phone as I was going to use my current phone with their service. I ordered it Monday morning, August 19, 2013 at 8:00 AM and did not receive it until approximately 12:00 PM on August 21, 2013. That's not overnight, that's 52 hours later.  The package did not even contain the proper unlimited plan card so when I tried to activate it, the website asked me to pay $45 more for an unlimited plan card.  I had to call customer service to have the phone activated and to have my phone number ported from my old service to the Straight Talk service. After notifying customer service of my problems (No unlimited plan card and the phone wouldn't activate) and after arguing with them about the card not being included, the rep added the unlimited plan to my account. I was told that it would take a couple of hours for the number to be ported so I waited, and waited, and waited until it showed up on the webpage under my account that the phone had been ported.  I tried to use my phone and I received the same message each time.  "Your phone has been deactivated!"  I called back to try to fix it and was passed from one customer service rep to the next until I had spoken with seven different people, finally speaking with a manager who told me that there was nothing she could do about it. Did I mention that this company only hires personnel that speak English as a second language? I asked to be refunded and she refused.  My phone never activated, I never used their service but am still being charged the $63.17 for service that never worked.  She refused to assist me any further and then hung up on me.  These clowns had the gall to call me today and ask me if I ever received my SIM card. See how disorganized and incompetent this company is?

I called my credit card company to dispute the charge but they refused to charge it back because Straight Talk has a policy of no refunds on air time or SIM cards. I never used the airtime because the phone was immediately deactivated as soon as I placed the SIM card into it.  I shouldn't have to pay for service that was never rendered. This company has zero integrity and they are scamming people. Ever heard the phrase "You get what you pay for?" I wish I could use that phrase about straight talk but I'll never know because my phone never worked.

Pay the premium to get service with AT&T or Verizon. Don't bother with these fools. I learned my lesson and it only cost me $63.17, thank God. I've already gone back to AT&T and will make this mistake again.
