 I made an online transaction with straight talk for a free phone and unlimited $45.00 phone card on July 26th. I paid $14.95 to have the item shipped over night which came to a total of $63.10 with tax. I went online to check my checking account balance and it showed two charges payable to straight talk.

Both charges were for the same order of $63.10. I contacted straight talk to make them aware of the extra charge. The man I spoke with said there were two charges and it would take 48 hours for the extra to be replaced in my account.

This call was made on July 27th. On July 28th I again checked my account and another charge for $64.59 was taken by straight talk. All together I have been charged $196.79 for this order. Again the phone was free with a $45.00 phone card and $14.95 overnight shipping charge.

I have been on the phone all day today getting the runaround. I called my banks customer service and the money has been issued to straight talk. Straight talk keeps telling me they charged only once. One person said I need info from my bank..contact name and dept which I called back and got.

Another said I was charged only $59.00. I just keep getting the run around with no one willing to straighten this out. I have an email showing I ordered one phone. My account shows that three payments were paid to straight talk and my financial institution states the same. No one from management in straight talk would notify my bank to see if indeed the money was issued to them.

I have verification of what I ordered and the amount also how much and when it was paid to straight talk.  Iwill gladly accept any help with this situation and will readily give all documentation.
