straight talk tracfone cut off my internet, which involves everything i need to use on my cell except sending a written text, no pics,and phone calls....no internet, no weather, no fb, no gps,nothing. I have just bought a $ miami, Florida

I bought a new galaxy s2 cell from straight talk weeks before my renewal was up. everything was  great, i loved the phone i loved the service. i was learning how to use the phone, still didnt have it down pat yet whwen days before my monthly payment to refuel card was due, my internet was cut off, and that includes my gps, my fb, my weather and most of my apps, i can only make or receive calls and can send written texts , cannot sent pics, cannot receive pics.  I opted to pay the $45 plan to get all text, calls and internet unlimited monthly, instead of the $30....But it is not worth it when you cannot use hardly anything on the plan.  I have made many many calls to get this fixed, but they keep transferring me to a recording that tells me i violated their terms or agreements. I have no clue what either I or possibly my grandson could of done.  I have asked for them to tell me what i did so we can fix the problem.  I was told by one of the operaters that when i renewed my monthly plan everything would be corrected, yet the recording says it wont.  when i repeated this to her, she said but it will within 12-48 hrs.  at this point i only had one more day to go before my plan was due, so i asked if we could just do it a day early and she said yes, just wait the 12- 48hrs for everything to be restored. so i patiently waited. it has now been another week and i am still waiting. i have contacted a person many many times and they continue to connect me to a recording. my husband finally got ahold of someone in corporate office ( marie) that said she will call us back either way n let us know what to do. we still have no answer and another person refused to connect us to anyone again.  i have spent all this money and cannot use it...i am very highly frustrated. i need help. thank u
