we had service on our phone. the next thing we kmow there is no service. we had just added time a couple of days before.

i call the number given and i get foreigners. they tell me the service has been inactive for a year with this number.

i told them no we had been using this phone for the last year. in fact we had been using the phone as of a hour before

it was shut off.

i ask to speak to someone on american soil and they said they didnt have a number for anyone. i told them it was my right to speak to someone here and they reused to give me the number.

you can not email anyone here or can you talk to an american representative in the united states.

this is s joke that we are being controlled by someone over seas for a company that is suppose to be american based.
