Jason from Strata Roofing, came to my house back in August, seeming very professional and knowledgeable. He promised to help me with everything involving our insurance claim and all of the details with the damage that occurred in a recent hail storm. The reason I gave him the cash ($2,500) upfront, was because he claimed that it would help to speed the process along. Something about the insurance companies take a long time to pay. Now, Jan, 2017 I cannot get anyone to respond to me and it has been more than 4 months. I am thinking about getting the police involved at this point. And, they have great ratings online. Scary to think this can happen! I thought I did my due diligence checking them online. Beware!

The name of the company was TLZ Remodeling. I hope the editors of this site change it. Everything was made better than fair also.
