Strategic Capital Resources, Inc I was defrauded out of $800.00 for a "security fee" for a $5000.00 loan New York Internet

I need to borrow $5000.00 to pay for my federal taxes. I found this company online. They called me, kept in touch, I was able to call them and talk to them. Everything seemed legitimate. Because of my poor credit, they said I would need to secure my loan with $800.00. This made sense to me at the time, and so I sent the money. There was no loan. Luckily, I used my debit card to send the money, so I may have some recourse, but I have a sinking feeling my $800.00 is a lost cause.

I want to make sure that no one else gets scammed by these people. I have notified the New York City Better Business Bureau, and the Michigan Attorney General, but I am not sure what they will be able to do to stop these predators.

I just want people to be aware, so that they don't make the same mistake I did.
