All I can say is wow! this company never seems to amaze me, They are so good that they disregard the emails I have sent telling them not to take money out of my account again, they disregard the left messages, well Strategic Tax Resolutions disregard this certified mail and lets see if you can disregard bank fraud and my attorney fees, Monday August 7th I sent an email to the company again, asking to resolve this issue, they agreed to send me my money back right?

NO! The same day I am thinking these people are trying to resolve the problem the accounting department the same day goes right back to take another $345.00 more out of the same account they had no business touching in the first place. STR your doing great! Keep it up! You're building a great case for me. Oh! And that is not the best of it! the company sends me some tax paper work for half my taxes.

Totally forgot about the state taxes for 2 years. Again all I can say is Wow! Yes. I got scammed big time! Now more than likely it will cost me more to fight these people in court, and filing claims with the DA,FTC, the IRS, and the list goes on, but people listen, if you don't go online and file a claim, it is a very simple.

If you do not file your claims then company's like this will continue to take our hard earned money and laugh at us over lunch. while the owners sit back and get rich going to the bank, hiding behind professional scamming sales consultants. You must file complaints #1 rip off report this is a national well known online complaint service lots of people will come here first because this company is real! they don't hide complaints for members fees, file with your local FTC,Attorney Generals office, local consumer Fraud protection agency, if you go online the list is unlimited to your complaints you can file depending on the amount of complaints filed, their can be a class action suit filed sometimes for free. But you have to file PEOPLE!

Don't get scammed and just say you cant get your money back! like me I may or may not get my money back, but I am fighting back anyway I can I will go to small claims court, you can also file your small claims online, so the spot will forever be on the desk of the ftc, and the attorney generals office, online here, so this company will think twice the next time. They want to do half of somebody's taxes, or the line they use The client didn't give complete information for us to do our job. Yeaha right! Yes. We gave you our money you did your job, you scammed us. All I want is my fees and my refund and for this company to stop trying to take money out my account.

I strongly question the company's reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to my complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law's licensing or registration requirements, I have researched their complaints which contain especially serious allegations, or the company's industry is known for its fraudulent business practices.

This company is the worse company I have ever came across, I paid for my taxes to be done for 2 years, and the resolution, the consultant totally mislead me to believe they have access to the IRS data base and tax attorneys on staff and that my taxes would be done quickly, I was told one price only to be charge over $1,100. the consultants did not tell me that they don't offer a refund they charged me a non-refundable fee of $460.00 to talk to this guy for 5 minutes, when I realize I just got scammed I was then told we will not refund your money of $460.00 so you might as well let us do your taxes. I said fine, 2 weeks later this company claimed for 2 weeks straight they were not getting my information even though my fax said they did, they gave me the wrong fax numbers, they never followed up with anything, and then they took my account that I originally paid the $460. and took another few hundred dollars this was not authorize they took this account in the negative with over 11 overdraft fees, they never paid for the fees and continued to charge and send me invoices, as well as charging my account for absolutely nothing, this was June 7th. Today is August 4th I still don't have my taxes, and they refuse to answer my calls for a refund of my money for the over draft fees and the resolution service they didn't do. Bryan, Louise, noel, Jaime, I know their names by heart, these people are a scam, Please don't give these people your checking account, I am now put in the national check system because my account went in the negative and this company promised to pay the fees.


The accounting department sent me somebody else's information and their bill. So far these people have over 40 complaints, they will just be nice enough to take your money, and throw up some contract mess. Don't sign anything with these people. Their advertising is grossly misleading, these people have no experience in helping you with your taxes, all they do is make promises they can't keep. Your information could get in the hands of who knows, they will take your checking account and do as they please with no regards of the law, they will leave you lost! Don't rely on the BBB report if they are a paid member.


Check them out in different counties. The phone girls are gate keepers once they have gotten your money that is it! Bryan, Louise are right with everything, don't get taken like I did, Please, you will have a better chance working with the IRS yourself or going to another big firm. I have to add the best thing about this company was the tax guy his name is Richard he is too good to work for this company he is truly a good guy, that I honestly pray that he starts is own business, he was the only positive honest person about that company, hey Richard I am a referral business call me! I will send you clients from across the US, you don't need to work for this scamming company, oh and Victoria also was a nice lady. You both should start your own service. These people have no idea of what they are doing don't trust these people with your personal information period! Don't give them your checking account! You will regret ever knowing these people.
