If you dont want to lose money to a company for trying to get your taxes in order do not use (STR) STATEGIC TAX RESOLUTIONS. They will lose your files. Not recieve your faxes. Then make it seem like you didnt do what you were suppose to do. They will make up all kinds of fake charges to justify that they have completed a lot of work. Which reminds me if they never get the info "So They Say" How do they complete the amount of work that they are trying to charge you for. You will have multiple managers on the account. You will hardly ever get to anyone in their cusomer svc.

Now if anyone is intrested i am putting together a Class Action law Suit against this company. When you sign with them you never sign a Disclosure agreement saying that you agree to there cancellation guidlelines. On that basis Str is Deceptive and Not to be trusted. I found my terms but i never signed an agreement stateing that i agreed to those terms. It was always my beleif that the 100% Gauruntee was all that was required. They make it seem like you are coverd but they lie to the end.
