You should file a complaint with the Florida Bar Association: www.floridabar.org.  This is the Florida governmental body which disciplines attorneys.  At a minimum, you say that Stratton & Feinstein called you re. your debt.  An attorney may not call a stranger to solicit legal work from them.  The Bar may also be interested in your other allegations.  Note: I filed a complaint with the Bar because Stratton & Feinstein solicited me through a company called Summit Financial (which also uses the name National Credit Services).

I reccommended this Law Firm to my daughter and she told me that she saw this report while researching the company. I was shocked. Also, if you want to reaserch a company I'd suggest looking into the Better Business Bureau. According the the "rip off report" every company in America is a bad company.
