Strayer University Credit being damaged by Strayer for classes I never signed up for Birmingham AL

 I contacted Strayer in 2014 about starting school, I spoke with Patrick Monroe, who was very pushing and informed me that I had until the first day of class to which was July 1, 2014 to cancel enroll me by without any problems. In May of 2014 I received a call from Crystal who was my new advisor I informed Cryst that I was no longer interested in attending Strayer, she told me no problem. Well I continued to receive calls and emails about classes. Until finally in September I was billed a $525 no show fee for 2 classes I never signed up for. I've tried to dispute these charges mutiple times without any assistance. And just recently they have been added to my credit report. I don't understand how a school could damage someone's reputation because they don't want to attend!
