Stream line Funnel System Charge Me Without My Consent Internet

I signed up for a free stream line funnel account just to check out the program and I also signed up to another program called Automatic Online Profits.
I had paid my $39.95 upgrade fee into Automatic Online Profits and on the very same day I was charged $39.95 by Stream Line Funnel which I never authorized. I never gave Stream Line Funnel my debit card information.
I did contact Stream Line Funnel and they said they would take it off but I wanted to know how they got my debit card info and all I can think of they got it thru Automatic Online Profits.
I have yet to receive the funds placed back into my account and I will cancel my debit card.
