I ordered a BLACK bumper cover for my truck, two weeks in it still hasn't processed. Card wasnt charged either. I tried over and over to contact them. Finally the chat line went through. The guy said it was processing. The next day my card was charged. Two more weeks it finally showed up. WRONG PART. It was grey not black like the title said. Took me a week to get in contact, they say they were out of black covers so instead of asking if i would like the grey one instead, they took it upon themselves to make the choice to send a completely different product than I ordered. They would not refund me or pay the return shipping for an exchange. Very upset, never buying from them again.
